I think it's a Marmite choice doofer, I personally think that the L2 looks far better side-on than the standard van. The "normal" van looks stunted at the back end, like a dog that has had it's tail docked lol! I found an L2 road test online (AutoExpress?) where the testers also thought that it looked better than the L1. Yes, it's only 200mm longer inside, but that 200mm has saved me no end of hassle in my work. I've been able to do jobs which would have been impossible in an L1 so many times, that you would not believe. I would never buy an L1 for courier work.
