Locking Hell

Hello,
In work we have a 2009 Berlingo Van. 
Bought it new, so its now a few years old - 46K miles.

No sliding door

But it has two keys, all worked until about 3 months ago.

So the rear door lock is the only lock that will lock and unlock the van.
Passenger door will accept both keys, wont turn the lock.
Driver side will only unlock but not lock.

The keys both go in fine to all three locks. All keys start the van no issues.

Any one got any ideas.

Start simple.Lube the locks.

worn keys or lock?, my mrs basic Peugeot 107 without blip unlock did this, new key and fine now

As Ron says 'Lube Up!', You'll be amazed what a quick squirt of lube will fix.

We had issues with our front door where you could only lock the door from the outside but it would not turn the other way to unlock, The inside worked fine.
Soaked the hell out of it with WD40 and hey presto it works fine.

If that don't work then start to look at locks and keys.
