Do anyone know the voltage on the black resistor on the window module.the two below on the picture

Sorry, but I don't see any black resistors. Just ordinary color coded.
I think there is a misunderstanding in terms.

You will need both the voltage and rating measured in microfarads (uf) , both will be printed on the original capacitors, it is also vital the you note the polarity and fit the replacement the same way round as the original one.
