ok guys so anyone any idea how we can take this forward to Citroen, surely they must be resposible for finding a solution? If only pk could tell us how he knows this information, it might help with the battle.

Still no answer regarding my issues and havent been on here for a while to find a few more people have them too now. Im thinking of booking ours into a different dealer to see there thoughts on it.

You will not find so much people with such defect.
As I understand, there was no so much cars with defect absorbers.

Even if you'll find enough people with such problem Citroen tells you to go for a walk Smile
If you will claiming and very insistenly, Citroen going to hide and will keep silence.

After reading all the suspension threads im not sure the shocks are the problem. i get the annoying rattle/knocking at low speed (probably there at higher speed but cant hear it) over bumps etc.

The power steering pump squeak has also returned yet again and the idle is pretty awful so cannot have been set up very well at the last service. now @ 45k miles tho so possibly need to get the brakes changed. Wink
