The fault is erased now (misfire on cylinder 3) was driving the van all day seems the problem is solved

I thought i solved the problem but the bloody light camo on again today I was driving the van all day yesterday everything was sweet as nut. This morning start the van went to work and on the way back the light come back. So the van was park all day as soon as start the engine after work the light came on with a beep. I drove the van and it was a bit lumpy again then around 80C on the temperature gauge the light start flashing and there was improvment the van start pulling better. Just before 90C the light stop flashing stays on the dashboard. Seems the problem is only when the engine is cold. I changed the spark plug and the coil pack what else could be ? Anymore ideas ?

i plugged it again into fault finder it was showing the same fault misfire on cylider 3 and misfire cylinder on low fuel level, the mechanic told me to check the compression on the cylinder
