If so, chances are that the EOLYS ECU is connected to the BSI via CANBUS & somehow so is the filler cap sensor. Are there actuator tests for the EOLYS pump & the fuel cap sensor? Sorry, am not a Diagbox user so don't know exactly where to look, but in Lexia there are various indicators / test to show for example if the clutch pedal is pressed & to make the AC compressor engage.
I think Diagbox does this test in the startup of the program (Global test), and if there are any errors from the fuel additive system they will be displayed...
I am really leaning towards the hypothesis that your BSI counter was not reset when your bag was replaced...even if you have a broken/empty bag, the system cannot know it, as it relies on the counter alone to calculate how much is left in the bag. So either a bad electric part (pump, fuel cap sensor) - and these should yield an error on diagbox global test - or a non reset counter are in the origin of your problem.
