Windscreen washer not washing.
#1
Windscreen washer not squirting, replaced the pump today, even though the old one was still making noise/working.
Popped hoses off to test the front and rear, all seem fine, reconnect hoses and nothing....tried blowing back down the front windscreen pipes and seems clear. It seems to change its mind as soon as I reconnect the hoses, neither front or back will work with pump working......my only thought could be blocked hoses or knackered screen jets, but both don't seem to be getting any fluid.....
Any ideas?

Is it possible that the motor is weak and will turn with air and no pressure but not with tubes connected increasing the resistance / pressure it has to push against ?

to the back the motor just rotates in the reverse direction, introducing water in the rear tube direction...if this one is also clogged, the pressure will build up and relieve from where is possible (in this case the front nozzles)...so your rear nozzle is also plugged. I am not sure if there is a sort of anti-return/direction valve in the motor exit or not...I think this depends also on the various versions of these pumps...these uniderectional valves can also be stuck...
