How to install and operate cruise control

This instruction is based on a 2012 Berlingo Mk 3.
This model has cruise and speed limiter on the cruise control switch.
Earlier models will only have cruise control.
The earlier cruise switch is different as it does not have the speed limit function.
Please see instructions for installation and operation.
