Thanks for all the advice & tips.
The long nose pliers did the job, quick trip to Hellfrauds and changed the bulb myself (how can they get away with charging £3.99 just to fit a bulb? :eek: ).
Cleaned the contacts whilst I was in there too, just to be on the safe side.
Easiest job ever !!
