Senior Member - 250 posts

Now as im admin, i am able to change these titles and these post 'bars'. Of course i do want to customise as much as possible to make this forum soley orientated towards a mechanic/berlingo/van theme, so im not sure how this will occurr, but i would appreciate suggestions for these sub titles.

Andre, interesting comment about making the forum "soley orientated towards a mechanic/berlingo/van theme". Far be it for me to tell you what to do with your site, but personally I wouldn't (especially in these early days) alienate those who are not necessarily mechanically inclined, or who own a Multispace rather than a van. Sorry if I have interpreted your comment wrongly, but in my experience, active and successful forums are those with a broad audience. Perhaps you/all of us could think about how best to accommodate two groups that share much in their choice of wheels?

This is a community, and i'd love to get feedback from you guys constantly. Your the members, so you should be coming to a place that suits your tastes/needs/preferences. It's our site.

Thanks for correcting me, i think in retrospect that you are right. I just didn't want the forum to be just a general forum template with Berlingo/Multispace content stamped onto it, if you understand me.

I was in a particularly grumpy mood last night and I think I might have come across rather abruptly, and sorry to have dragged this off the original topic.

I don't know what the secret is, otherwise I would be running a forum myself, so hats off to you for doing this. From what I have seen, single model forums can get rather dull and samey if there are no other topics or reasons come back to see what's new, or being talked about. I am sure that in time, a healthy balance will emerge, and if people don't want to read chit chat then they will skip that thread.

well I am a member of vw t4 forum, vwt25 forum, sadler boat forum honda shadow 750 motorbike forum and to be honest I use forums to find out how to put things right if they go wrong [as Iam not mechanical] to see whats going on, to see what others are doing to their berlingo`s , or bikes, or boats. To have a chin wag about poor performance, poor mpg, how to cure rattly doors etc etc. We are few in number yet but I hope site keeps going as we will then find out more about these machines. What we can do with / to them to improve.

I presume the forum includes Peugeot Partner/Tepee models anyway because the cars are identical, they come down the same production line, I think.

They do indeed. There is video of the production lines on YouTube. The only difference is the badge on the front. In Switzerland the marketing and pricing structure were different when I ordered mine in August but the cars are the same.
