Average service cost?
#11
144,000 service, plus couple of little extras, 230 quid in Amsterdam (that's translated from €'s!) And they did do all the little things like door hinges, Clutch feels better, engine too (nothing really wrong before).
Not included in above: 2 new Michelin Energy Savers on front for 170 quid incl. fitting. (Not Citro dealer, by the way - good traditional garage.)
Now off to Italy on Monday with C, me, two cats, cast iron wood stove, tools, wood for new window frame......... thank the Gods for Berlingos!

Richard.

Was quoted £240 from local (non Citroen) garage a few months ago.
Citroen were doing a special offer for £200 earlier in the year. Look out for another, if you like/trust main dealers. (Citroen stamp always looks nice in your book...) I don't have a book, so no use for me!

As a new owner(2.0 HDI) got a quote of 190 inc vat from my local commercial garage which seems reasonable.

Is this reasonable, I know the garage so I doubt they would rip me off but I had about £90 in my head for some reason!
Bec

Depends what tyres they are...

I do my own servicing, but my local specialist quoted me £130 for oil, all filters and a set of front pads when I asked a month or so ago.

Tyres - I fitted 4 Matador MP44 Elites to my 2.0HDi Multispace a week or so ago. £48 each fitted. They're actually really rather good. I had them recommended to me from a few people in the Citroen club who refuse to fit anything other than Michelins to their hydropneumatic Citroens. They seem well suited to the Berlingo. Plenty of grip wet or dry, nice and quiet. Certainly quieter than the 5 year old Michelins on the back, and a lot more grippy than the mismatched pair I had on the front. I don't hang about either. Well worth a look.

I did have some "Autoguard" tyres fitted to a Ford Focus last year. They were £40 each, and simply dangerous. I only fitted them to get it through it's MOT before it went for trade in..
