My towbar is still for sale
#1
Hello, a couple of weeks ago I posted about a towbar for an 06 mark2 and had good response. The bar is still for sale at £50.
As I said, the bar was fitted to my car but never used, the electrics were never connected, all still in original package 7 pin N and 7 pin S, all genuine Citroen parts.
When I fitted the bar I used the tubes which slot over the bolts through the rear chassis, these are to prevent the chassis from crushing under the torque setting, when the bar was removed these tubes were trapped in the chassis and would not come out, therefore these tubes will need to be made / cut to the sizes given in the fitting instructions.
I am told by a towbar fitter that these tubes are not specific grade steel and are only there to prevent distortion of the chassis.
If you are interested please send a message to the forum and I will be in touch, I live in Bexley Kent, the bar would be collected from me at home.
Thanks
Original posting should be still on this page.

Well I could do that but just thought I would give fellow Blingoers the first shot at it.
