Changing Track controll arm / balljoint

Not sure my english are correct on this part: Track controll arm balljoint ?
Anyhow, i'm gonna change it, and i have 2 options, 18mm, or 16 mm
which one do i need?
My car is a CITROËN BERLINGO (MF) 1.4 i (MFKFX, MFKFW)
So when i search right part, i got these two choices

What year, do you also have power steering?

Ah yeah, forgot year. 2005, power steering yes.
But both parts, 16 and 8mm is for cars with and without power steering.
I looked at the counterpart, my year model, and seems like a 18mm.. but still not sure.

Almost 100% certain it will be 18mm.
