58 plate berlingo First
#1
Hi
I am new here, and was given a 58 plate Berlingo First last year by my father in Law, been really happy with it.
First off i presume it's a MK2 it's the older not newer styling.

Now yesterday i hit a speed hump and heard a thud, this morning i have a small puddle of oil on the floor under the passenger side(It's not engine oil) Looked thinner and smells like gearbox oil.

Just in from the wheel drive shaft seems to be a gearbox sump, it's square and very low to the belly pan, although not had a real close look yet.

Anyone any experience of what might have happened, could it be a new sump pan needed or maybe a seal or something.

I am not sure if i should just run it to a garage or get the belly pan off and have a go myself.

Also is there a workshop manual posted anywhere as i want to replace the drum shoes.

Thanks
Peter
