rear suspension rust tubular crossmember

Can anyone help please i have on my mot as a monitor and repair is rear axle corroded what would be the best paint to use some people have been using hammrite metal paint has anyone used anything else ?

I've found best to wire brush then use a rust inhibiter - Vactan or Neutrarust or Aquasteel, then at least 2 coats of a red-oxide type paint like Corroless rust inhibitor - https://www.arc-rite.co.uk/corroless-fdp...ced-primer which you can overpaint with their black chassis paint.
They say rust never sleeps, but this certainly slows it down!
