No brake lights Berlingo b9 59 plate

The the broken wire must have been close to the switch as when the switch was removed and the connector plug contacts bridged the lights worked, so removing the plug and moving it to bridge it must have rejoined the wire?
My vehicle .... 2006 (m59) Berlingo Multispace Desire - 1.6 HDI 92

It was Near the switch it's repaired near the switch as only 1 feed was live??
I know it was a bugger to find also as it was showing live feeds
Until the switch was connected.
