Hi! I'm about to put a sub in my wife's Berlingo, and would like to know where you grounded the amp. I haven't taken anything apart yet, and thought that asking could spare me some time. I have to agree with you though - the front speakers aren't too bad, but the bass is a disaster. I hope a 10" with 300W will solve this problem, and then we'll start with the midrange.

Sub, I got one of these;

It's very impressive.
Fit's under the passenger seat, grounded to a nut somewhere along the bottom of the door iirc.

Hi pall. Tou can ground the amplifier to any metal body work as it acts as a giant netative for 12v equipment within the van/car. Also in the passanger footwell is a wiring hole for bringing your possative from the battery, easy to see this in the engine bay if you cannot see it in the footwell.

Anyone got any experience with running a sub in the back with a ply bulkhead separating cargo/passenger areas?
Was considering an underseat/slim sub within passenger department but decided against this as I'm sure bass wouldn't satisfy my needs.
Either I will get the router out and create some ports in bulkhead or replace with mesh type.
Any ideas?
