water ingress boot
#1
This is my first post so hope in the right place. Multispace 2014. Purchased June 2020.Plan to use as daily vehicle and camper at some point. I have recently discovered water under the boot carpet/foam. Have pulled the mat up which was soaking in particular round the edges and water pooled underneath. I have tried to mop it up and dry it out but in recent rain it has appeared again (have left the carpet folded back). No back seats in at the moment which has been useful and it appears dry where these would be. Noticed very wet under the rubber rear bumper seals inside which I think has made the spare wheel nut rusty. Any ideas?

Trying to now monitor how it is coming in by placing paper towels and then will sit in van in the next lot of rain which I'm sure will be coming soon! Not much fun.

Thank you

PS I'm practical but not mechanical!
