Timing Belt Cover
#1
Hi all,

OK, so I've now changed my 2.0HDi Bingo for a 2.0HDi Dispatch....and I was reassured that I would still be welcome here, so here I am! :lol:

Anyway, I've just managed to give it a good check over today and am very pleased with my purchase, however, one thing that is a bit of a concern is that the timing belt is very exposed.....:O Should it have some kind of casing or cover to protect it?

The engine itself is nowhere near as protected as what my Bingo one was with no cover at all.

Yes the belt should have a full 3 piece cover on it, the same as on the previous Berlingo you had. You best get yourself a replacement ASAP .

This is for the dispatch 2.0Hdi 136 engine. If yours is a newer version (Mk3) etc it will probably be different. Let us know and I'll dig it out if it's of any use. Confusedalut:

This is the one listed for yours. The part No's are - 1 = 0320 N5,
2 = 0320 N6, 3 = 0320 S7.
These are the same as the 2.0hdi Berlingo engine.
Good luck. Confusedalut:
