newer berlingos and back seats and dog ramp
#1
I had a look at a couple of blingos yesterday and dog ramp.

The dog ramp was very sturdy but as it was rather heavy, it would have been difficult to keep dog on lead waiting whilst i assembled ramp, so im looking for something considerably lighter but able to hold 7 stone gsd.

Whilst out an about, i checked out 3 blingos. The last one was an 09 plate diesel 1.6 vtr. I was shown the back seats folded up, but they can't be taken out without a lot of fuss, so if i were to have them permanently out, if i needed to fit them back in (on the rare occasion that i had passengers) then it would be really troublesome. But im happy enough with the blingo, and will be getting one (dependent on getting a lighter weight dog ramp - if there is one - that can hold my gsd).

I want to be able to have the option of being able to put the back seats in without a whole tool box of spanners etc, so im wondering whether the pre-newer-blingos (mark II?) have easily removable back seats.

Advise please.

Ah!!!!!!!!! the blingo dealer just called and said that the back seats do just unhook, SO they can be easily taken out. YIPPEE

Hi Christine I know what you mean about heavy dog ramps but there are light weight ones out there now. Have a look at these

Try your local pet shop or kennels for advice on what they use and also internet search.
