airbag flashing light

Hi. my airbag warning light is flashing, under drivers seat the two wires going back to the airbag computer have snapped out of their connector, problem is they are both the same colour, but are connected into a brown and blue wire. Does it matter which way they are re-connected? Grateful for any advice.

TBH I wouldn't have thought so. You can with a bit of care dismantle the connectors
and re-connect the wires. In your case I think I'd add another six inches and tape the
surplus to the plug then there'll be less chance of the wires breaking again.

Got it sorted, one of the wires from the airbag computer sends a current, this one connects to the brown wire the other to the blue, obvious really.
