Help with pictures please
#1
First, please understand that I'm not the worlds best with computers.

Is there any way - for that read simple way - that I can resize my pictures to get them under the 500kb limit for uploading to the forum?

Before you all rush to reply, please read my opening paragraph again !!!

Thanks

If you really are not too computer literate.....and let's face it you weren't born with the knowledge,
I'd be happy to reduce your pics for you....PM me with your email address and I can do it for you.
But before you do that, take a look here: http://www.resizeyourimage.com/ It doesn't get much easier than this!

Coco, have you got Microsoft Office Picture Manager? you can reduce picture size with that. Open picture in picture manager, make sure you save a copy of original first then go to "Edit Pictures", "Compress Pictures" then resize and save new image.

If you don't resize, another way is to upload to https://www.imgur.com

Once uploaded, get the address (right click on the picture and 'copy address').

Paste here as:

Code:
[img]https://i.imgur.com/CRPisp5.jpg[/img]

Result:

Note the 'https://' is important - this indicates a secure http link and will allow the image to show within your post. Omitting the s will result in only a link to the image being shown.
