im just in the middle of changing the heater rad on my berlingo it seams i have every screw bolt etc out the bottom of the dash is free but the top near to the front windscreen is solid.can any1 help?

Hi, have a look in the engine bay.

Remove-
The wiper arm-blade assemblies, Screen wiper
The scuttle grille
The screen wiper mechanism (front)

Then remove the 3 nuts that are numbered in picture.

cheers for that just got it all put back and the air bag light is flashing apart from take the bulb out how do i turn that off thanks again pal

Hi, if your mk1 is like the one I had there were 3 items to check.
The under seat pre tensioner (one on each seat) and the steering wheel air bag.
Before doing any work on these disconnect the battery!
Try this - disconnect/connect the brown connections for the pre tensioners. These are well known for the flashing light.
If you have had the steering wheel off and air bag, check the connector that connects to the bag.

Let us know if this cures the fault. Confusedalut:
2006 2.0hdi 600 with bench seat.  Cool
