service schedule needed, 2013 berlingo 625 lx hdi
#1
Hi all
I'v had my berlingo just under a year and need to get its first service since I'v had it done. problem is I cant find a service schedule! tried registering for the my citroen site, but cant without the VIN number - no idea what this is, having never heard of a VIN number before I didnt ask for one and its not written in the maintenance guide (or anywhere else that I have). so I went to service.citroen.com but no joy - that also demands a VIN number. Its catch 22! Help! All I want to know is what the service schedule is - surely this doesnt require such a high level of obfustication and secrecy!

cheers

From the outside of the vehicle, look along the bottom of the windscreen. It's usually in the bottom right hand corner.

peri :

If it's a 1.6 HDi diesel that you have then,

Change the engine oil and the oil filter every 12,500 miles.

Change the gearbox oil every 30,000 miles.

Change the Fuel and Air filters every 35,000 miles.

My old Berlingo served me well on courier work for 335,000 miles after I followed the above servicing regime. It's now in retirement, being used mainly for commuting by my Nephew.
