Welcome to the site, i deleted your other thread, no need to ask twice!

I dont think there is a drain on the tank, but hopefully someone will confirm it. I think you will need to get hold of a hand pump to pump the petrol out. There are some useful members on here so hang about.

Welcome to the BOF......a bit of a bad start though....i am guessing you have put petrol in your diesel tank?
Have you completely filled the fuel tank?
A Diesel vehicle will run with 'some' petrol in the system but i would be unclear on the ratio of Petrol to diesel!!!...nor how it would run and i have no idea on the potential damage that may occur!

Best get it dragged to a garage, have the tank removed and pour the fuel into clean containers (sell it to one of your friends)

ps, personally, i would siphon it out myself (rubber hose and suck !) or by a siphon pump (try Machine mart').....pump will come in handy for when you do it again !! lol.

Good luck.

I guess- and hope- that i will never do it again.. LOL..but i dont think that removing the tank is that easy.
i'll consider the option of using the pump

You might find problems using a pump if you try to get a pipe to go down the filler neck, very often these have restrictions in them to stop you doing this!!!!

If you could get the motor over a pit or on a ramp you could pull a fuel pipe off and allow the fuel to run into a jerry can or similar.

yea i know, thats why i asked if there is a drain cock on the bottom of the vehicle cause i heard that some cars have this drain hole that can be opened... and if i am going to pump out all the gas, how will i know that i drained it all without starting the car?

Really need to measure the quantity coming out then, if you put 30 litres in and a rough estimate of how much was in the tank prior to top up then that is how much will need to come out so in reality probably a couple of 25 litre (5gallon) containers would be more than adequate.
Just make sure that when you fill up again you fill the tank completely with diesel so that any remaining traces of petrol will in effect be quite well diluted by the diesel and should not do any harm.
