Which MK is my 2018 Berlingo?

Hi, newbie Rachel here. I bought my Berlingo last July with the view of getting a conversion. I'm looking at boot jump and accessory options but can't see anything on the V5 to tell me whether she's a Mk2 or Mk3 model. I know 2018 is when they moved from Mk2 to Mk 3  - I think she's a 3 but need to check. She's a Blue HDI Feel Diesel Automatic. Can anyone shed any light?

2018 could be either.

Compare the photos:

To avoid confusion and wrong parts it's best to stick to the letter denomination rather than "Mk" as ,due to the M49/M59, in layman's terms the B9 is the third Berlingo therefore the K9 would be a MK4.....
