Just had a quick butchers at the e-bay site, Tom. Quite a comprehensive array of connectors and other auto-electrical bits'n'pieces... have earmarked for future reference.

Just been asking asking a friend about whether this would be a 'do-able' job as not sure about how it would work on sliding doors. He thought not worth doing but its a pain not having central when you have kids who forget to lock their doors, grr lol

Im going away for a few days but next weekend when I am back I will try and remember to put up some pics of how the wiring runs through the sliding doors.

Hi there ,

I'm in the process of fitting a Hawk aftermarket central locking. There is 1 thing what I'm not sure about it. Where is the best place for the control box, and where should I connect to the battery? I mean should I connect to the battery directly or how?
