Yes (at least with medium frames, 26"/27.5" wheels and 2.5" wide tyres it is) If you put them in rear wheel first and slot that rear wheel alongside the driver/passenger seat. You can put a third in between them if you remove the (XTR only) central storage bin.

I did this today for you, maybe not the best picture but hope it helps.
With just two seats removed from my XTR, centre console still in place and no wheels removed. There is plenty of space left and the side and rear doors both close very easily as normal.
The first bike is in forward facing and has 27.5 Plus wheels; the second bike is in backwards and has 29” wheels.
Great cars for this sort of thing!

Why the need for wheels on? It takes seconds to put the front on when you take the bike out and the same putting it in. My 27.5 hardtail with just one seat out. Plenty of room for sleeping alongside it with all the back seats out too.
Spent too many years messing about with wheels, just annoys me really. Roll it in then drive off. Will mostly likely take a wheel off if I've got loads of kit, but that won't be too often.
