Hi, did you read the document link I posted for you tearlier? Find your ECU model, the pinouts are in those Citroen Tech Training documents - in the sticky pink section at the top. Download the one you need, those are the training manuals for Citroen technicians on each ECU and engine control system. Probably the EDC15C32 or EDC16C34 or Siemens SID803 but you'll have to look at the ECU label on your car to be sure. The training manuals are there anyway for all of them. Go to the link below:

Ok, I don't have enough knowledge

According to that document an SID803 has a black 32pin connector and I assume CAN would stand for canbus/van bus... so the wires that potentially have a fault on them that is causing the U1003.

If my guesswork above is true then A3 A4 would be the pins in question?

Would SID803 have the same pinout at SID881A?

Ok it will be a SID801A - the second zero looks like an 8 on some labels. (there is no 881)

The 803 and 801 should be identical pinouts.

I'm checking for a full pinout showing the comms pins but the one I posted should be correct.
