So after spending a fortune keeping the van on the road. I got into it the other day. All had been fine on drive to work. All of a sudden wipers do nothing.
Fuse is good
Have tried BSI reset. Not sure if it has reset
I have replaced the comm2000 with new one. Still nothing
I have put power directly to the motor, it works.
Not sure what else to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Does the washer pump run/drive the wipers when you ask it to? Does the rear wiper work?
If not it could possibly be a lack of power to the switch or even a bad earth in that area. In the meantime could you disconnect the wiper motor and cobble together a dash mounted switch to keep you on the road.?

Could be the BSI has a bad relay, most if not all of the body control stuff is inside it and not easy to replace or repair. The switches go to the BSI and it operates the relay to drive the load, nothing switches directly on these. (the stalks don't power a relay or a device, they only signal the BSI that you WANT something to operate)
Have you checked the BSI fuses themselves? (On the BSI circuit board under the dash)
F17 30A (engine bay) is the front wiper motor main fuse (to protect the relay and wiring)
All fuses on the M59 inc. BSI are as per attached:
