Van not starting, will turnover but won't unlock via fob, electric windows not working & central locking also not working via button on dash?

A bit vague, but sounds like a blown fuse. Time to get the meter out.

I posted the fuse layouts at the top of the M59 section in the pink area.

Turns out it was water ingress into the BSI unit.

Ouch. How are you fixing that? Might be ok after drying out but not sure it will work. Never know with electronics and water.

Found a guy that can strip it down and replace the water damaged components and also repair where the water came I  so hopefully it won't happen again

It's a computer motherboard inside. Stripping down and replacing water damaged parts - can be near impossible to find exactly what is damaged. Good luck though.

If he manages to do this, can you post up who you used for others who may need this service. I did this for a living in my previous life. I know what's required.

He will probably have to pull your EPROM code on a jig and program a virginised BSI from another vehicle. Repairs are not usually successful and would be BER due to the cost of the main components alone.
