Last time I checked it was doing 56 mpg, which I am quite happy with.
Compare this to our Drag Car which uses 1.5 gallons per run, which equates to 6 gallons per mile! Or £38.00 per mile, using Tesco Momentum 99 RON (research octane number) fuel.

Heh,

I can beat your drag car's economy..

Friend of mine ran a monster truck that would clock approx 90 yards to a gallon Smile

As for berlingo economy, my DW8 doesn't seem to be too good tbh, perhaps I should give him an easier time

Hi Phil,
90yds per gallon!
Wow.
Think the Space Shuttle gets better economy than that...

(Shuttle is 1,000 gallons per second, actually, before someone else Googles it.):woop:

Hadn't bothered checking the mpg I was getting until I filled the car up tonight - it took just under 46 litres and had done 488 miles, which works out at just over 48 mpg. It's used mostly for short journeys through the week and only gets a longer run at the weekend so I'm not too disappointed with the result.

Can't complain at 48mpg around town, Alan.
I'd be happy with that.

I used to be on a sleek grey war canoe that used 24 tons of diesel per hour! Mind you it had 55000 horse, 2 concorde engines and displaced 4800 tons Confusedalut:

If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.
