If you mean M59 rear beam assembly into an M49 bodyshell, no problems with the bolts - not 100% on the brake hoses/tubing being identical.

Gentleman thanks very much for the reply. Mines a 2001 pre facelift and the other axle is out of a 2006 facelift mk2. So I'm assuming mine is the M49 and the 06 Lingo a M59.

It wasn't to bad. You need a long T50 torx bit to remove the bushings. If you don't you can remove the two 13mm bolts that hold the bushings to the axle and leave the bushings in place. Just make sure you have a 4lb hammer and plenty of WD40.
