Maxi Fuses
#1
This should be a simple question (shouldn,t they all!!).
I need to check the maxi fuses (the ones below the bank of fuses in the engine compartment) but, having removed battery then removed the five connectors from the 'upper' bank of fuses, it seems that there is still something remaining attached in that I can't extract the fuse carrier.
Whilst I can see a wrapped bundle of cables that disappear under the fuse box 'container', I can't get in a position to se whether these go to the fusebox: Is there another connector under there that needs removing?
I could just exert more force to extract the fuse carrier, but am reluctant to do this !!!
Many thanks in anticipation of reply.

There's three clips built into the psf1 'bucket' it fits into, one rear left, one front left and one on the right hand side, a quick unclip with a flat blade and it'll pop out, the lower fusebox is held by two clips and the main m8 stud you've already undone Smile enjoy

Many thanks for that: Hoping for a blown maxi fuse ..... rather than a BSI problem !!
