2.0 hdi berlingo decat and mot / dummy cat

It should at the moment but they are talking about altering how the vehicle is checked for cats and particulate filters in the future. But with older vehicles like yours i cant see how they could tell the vehicle has no cat by plugging into a diag. Newer vehicles yes but yours no.

Now if you should be removing the cat is a different story - how many ponies do you expect to release by removing it?
