Just about to tackle the job today. The noise is not when I am braking, just coasting at very slow speeds.
"If you full turn left or right and in very slow speed in higher gear (e.g gear 3)
and you hear it less then definitely it is CV joint.
You have to replace it." - I'll go and give that a try.
