Heater matrix

Gonna bump an oldie!

Got the same issue; coolant leaking into the foot well and the same burning smell in heater, plus major condensation when you fire up the heater. And having the temp gauge creep up until I top it up again.

Re parts for the '03 600DX, I take it the heater matrix with the Valeo fitting is ok? And is K-seal worth trying? I don't want to risk blocking the whole system!
