Getting to fuses in glovebox

Hi, does anybody know how you get to fuses in the glovebox. handbook says you can tilt to gain access to fuses.what I am trying to do is locate fuse for retracting mirrors.

Done that already but need to know how to remove fuse carrier to get at fuses and find the one I want

In the glove box on the left hand side you will see a smooth black cover plate take that off you will see the fuse's then there is a small smooth black cover pull that off the one your looking for is F 14 there should be a little orangey / red pinch tool under the first cover .  Wink
