New winter shoes....
#1
Since I live up in the cold north, I already fit on some new winter tires on my Lingo. Got some cheap 16" steelies with plastic covers from a DS3 (I think).
Not very spectacular, but way better than the original 15" steelies Smile
Tires is by the way the new Michelin X-Ice3

I'll wager it does get right nippy up in those parts.  I've still got another month or so before I have to switch over.

Yup! But I´m early this year, and probably one of the first in Oslo switching to winter tires. But now I´m ready!

I have never put on winter tyres on my vans or cars, do they actually make it better to drive on ice.

It´s two different worlds! Actually, it´s not possible to drive through the winter without winter tyres up here, because the grip on ice/snow.

they make so much difference, I think I need another set of rims to fit them to so they can be fitted when it's forecast
