Pedals and foot room in the Mark 3

I find the pedals a bit van like in the Mk3 (unsurprisingly) and at a bit of an awkward angle, but it's fine really. If I were in your shoes though I'd look for an Airdream, not least because the car could really use a sixth gear on the motorway.

They should all have six speed boxes
I could do with a higher top gear to bring the revs down a bit on the open road and a lower first for crawling traffic and our flooded lanes.
