Right! Cruise CAN be retrofited to the 1.6 16v petrol BUT...
Where all the oil burner lot say you can only run the 'cruise no limiter' stalk, I suspect the petrol can run the limiter one. In my engine ECU options I can only set the 'cruise with limiter 'cruise option, the 'cruise no limiter' option can only be absent.
I haven't got a limiter stalk yet, but they are cheap so I'm getting one. I've got my cruise working with the correct milage on the dash so I'm happy for now!!
