Lexia advice please
#1
Got a three year old XTR 1.6. Read a few threads on the forum regarding Lexia / diagnostics. There are quite a lot of Lexia bundles on e bay and I'm very tempted to buy but being a total novice I would appreciate a heads up on what to go for /version?
I have an old redundant laptop to run the software too and would only be used for that purpose

What OS is the laptop running? I run my Lexia software on a Win7 laptop but within an XP instance on the free VMWare player. Some versions of Lexia allegedly run on Win7 but I have not tried it.
2010 Berlingo Multispace HDi 110 with FAP.  Persamos green.

Laptop has XP installed at the moment but as it's very rarely used and it wouldn't be a problem to wipe and reboot the HDD with something compatible or the diagnostic programme is comfortable with

XP is best. Firefox can cause problems (you'll not use it - just being there)

My Chinese version came with some instructions, make sure that you read them. Took a few attempts to get it installed and running but perseverance won in the end
