front drive shaft drivers side with picture

You need a deep socket to tighten /check the nuts are tight. The tabs have to be positioned correctly to clamp the bearing. If removing the shaft these have to be slackened right off and bolts rotated 90 ' to allow shaft and bearing assembly to be withdrawn.

is it possible the shaft in not all the way in if you look a bit closer ?
