Further to the plastic box, if that doesn't " do it for you " then look again at the operating rods.

If the door opens when you pull on the operating rod then you may well need to adjust the operating linkage length - quick and easy. Best advice is to leave the door trims off for a few days after making any adjustment in case you need to revisit.

Hi all were about is this black box thing in the door left or right side of door I can't see one any were .

plastic black box in the bottom rear of your sliding door which is the same side of the car as your petrol cap

As Trevor says in post 4 if its the offside door have a look at the lock mechanism to do with the fuel cap. You cannot open the door with the cap off.

Thanks for that info that explains my sliding door not opening also. Question: Can I buy any brand locking fuel cap or have to go to Citroen in order for the door to work?
