Hello guys!
I have today installed button for heating mirrors, before it was just cover, but did removed it,and replaced it with button for heating, would like to know if is some activation needed with diagnostics or not? I do have electric adjustable mirrors, and i hear clicking noise in BSI when pushing the button, but mirrors are not getting warm.
Any help is appreciated,much obliged!

I believe that they only work when the outside temperature is below 4 degrees.
I may be wrong but that is the way the Skoda Octavia heated mirrors work.

I dont know why you would need heated mirrors at 13 degrees but anything's possible with french cars.
If you have Diagbox you may be able to check if heated mirrors are present and if they are are they ticked to show that they are activated.
I dont know, but someone else who knows diabox better than me may be able to say if that's possible

And also, when is raining,it dries out mirrors quickly, for better rear view,i have berlingo as working van, without rear side windows, that means for me is important to have good sight what is happening behind me,so to speak.
