Tarting up the B-lingo
#1
Hi all,

I have a 2004 Lingo in wicked red and currently have tinted windows, LED Bulbs and my forum sticker on rear window but the thing is i just want to personalise it a little more by doing cheap upgrades to it just to make it cosmetically stand out a bit more. Big Grin

i am planning on buying some wind deflectors for the front and i also fancy a chrome tailpipe to spruce the rear up. I have also seen stick on chrome handle covers and wing mirror covers but i really want to see them on a lingo first as i dont want it looking tacky but i was wondering if any of you guys could share your thoughts.

Thanks
Matt

I just fitted my chrome mirror covers today and can say that makes a huge difference.
On a funny note the allready big elephant ears are now bigger but I don't care, they look good.
works well with the 2 horizontaLL chrome lines on the front and headlights.
I had the Armaplates lock covers fitted do to a break in and thought the mirror covers will make those less obvious and it did.
Probably next step will be the stainless steel door handles.
Did I mention that mine is PASSION RED!? I know, its crazy, but I love it!
I think chrome and red works well so go for it!

No problem but will have to wait till next week It looks like tomorrow is raining all day and monday I'll take it to dealership to have the alarm checked -it didn't go off at the break in!- will have a courtesy car for 2 days probably.
I'll post the pics as soon as will get it back.

Factory fitted alarm with deadlocks! Somehow it did not work and they will check it under warranty- is only 2 1/2 months since I bought it, brand new.
Tools of around a 1000 have gone and had to repair the rear lock . Is on ''Rear door lock damaged'' thread in here. That's why I've fitted Armaplates.
Wait to see what the dealer says about it. The guy I've talk to seemed really concerned so hope he'll look properly into it.

I like them - are they standard wheel trims or can you buy them somewhere? The wheeltrims on my berlingo are all battered (not by me though).

Now an ex Berlingo owner, I have a C4
