REAR TORSION BARS

Hi, looking for some advice concerning rear torsion bars on my 2003 plate van ,my problem is my rear drivers side wheel leans in at the top quite a lot the other wheel is straight ,is there any way of adjusting the torsion bars to straighten the wheel, i fitted a new axel bearing this has made no differance. the van is due a mot in 3 weeks is this a fail
Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance

When you replaced the axle bearing was the stub shaft corroded?
