2.0 hdi wont rev past 2000 revs just cuts out

Hey my van was running ruff  and wouldn't take revs computer said it needed number two injector because eml was on  so fitted new one and it runs fine now on idle but won't rev past 2000 revs any ideas I have no engine mangment light on now either

Check all your vacuum pipe's for splits and a good fit boost pipe's after the turbo also the EGR make sure it' opening and closing properly

Thanks for the reply just been back out and started it and it's running perfect now am thinkin it must of been in a limp mode or sumthin like that but will check all pipes tomorrow

It may have been a touch of Murphy's Law or restarting cleared the fault.
