Berlingo HDI wont start after replacing pulley

Hi. Sorry, I have had some minor health problems so haven´t gotten anywhere yet. Tomorrow I will be back at it after work Smile

Hi again. Its fixed!! Smile I locked up the cam and used a crowbar to turn the flywheel until the woodruff key was in the right position. I then mounted the pulley back on and it started right up. It really was that easy.

Just for future reference, to start a 2.0 hdi you must have cam and crank synchronisation, or the cam and crank sensors must read there relevant signals in the correct timing order otherwise it will never start, if you look on planet/lexia under engine parameters it's got its own category, and a simple yes or no...

So, if you have cranc and cam misalignment on hdi 2.0 lexia trows this error:

1. permanent fault, cylinder reference signal short circuit between 2 wires or open circuit. 
2. Permanent fault, Fuel pressure signal pressure coherence

Sorry, but that is real nonsense... 

Can someone confirm this?
